Taylor River

The Taylor river starts high in the Colorado Mountains, traveling south past several 14'ers, and runs into the Taylor Reservoir.  The Taylor Reservoir tailwater Catch & Release section is notorious for the large trout that inhabit this water (some of the largest rainbows in Colorado). The Taylor then travels west eventually meeting up with the East River and merging with the Gunnison River.
